The illustrations were originally hand-drawn, careful consideration has been applied to each pen stroke. The end result is an aesthetic that combines traditional with contemporary.
The design has been created using screen print and gives a defined and bold finish to the reproduction of the illustration.
A team of skilled craftsmen and craftswomen then apply the designs by hand. Manufactured in the Stoke - On - Trent potteries, England, this cup supports and showcases the skillset that is so rich with history.
Made from fine bone china that can be put through the dishwasher - durable and practical!
Our personal favourite is the hand-dipped glaze that gives an irresistibly rich finish.

How and where it was created
These fine illustrations were originally drawn in Ruth’s studio by hand using traditional drawing techniques. The design was then screen printed and carefully applied to the ceramic piece by hand. Each cup has a fine, hand dipped glaze finish.
