 In the unlikely event that you would like to return a purchase please do get in touch if you notice your item is damaged.

If you notice that the parcel is damaged on delivery please do not accept the package and contact the shop email listed below as soon as possible.

If this has not been possible please send the item back to Ruth Emma Fox or photograph the damage and we can see what went wrong!

Where returns are applicable only items bought from this website can be returned to www.ruthemmafox.co.uk.

We have a 30 day return policy meaning they must be done so within 30 days.

Refunds for postage are only available if the incorrect item has been sent, if you ordered the wrong item unfortunately the postage cannot be refunded. If in the very unlikely event, the parcel requires a redelivery a second postage fee should be covered by you as the customer.

Ruth Emma Fox is not responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid upon the return of the items.

Orders cannot be canceled once the dispatch process has started.
